Don't give Capers credit for Wand not playing, that's Pendry's decision. Caper's lets his coordinators have free rein on playing decisions. And it is all political. No one is saying what Wand did to get on Pendry's "@^!#*" list, but he's there and it's not because he is not "athletic" enough...
