“BYU offensive tackle Kingsley Suamataia will not be participating in the workout. Suamataia, who had strong performances at both the Senior Bowl and the combine, did a private workout for 15 teams in Salt Lake City late last week. As I posted on X, he has official-30 visits with the Dallas Cowboys and Kansas City Chiefs on his schedule. Not mentioned in that post were the New England Patriots and Houston Texans, who’ll bring Suamataia in for an official-30 visit. The Texans previously did an individual workout with the athletic tackle.”

Suamatra would fit well 6'4 1/4" 325, 3rd most reps, over 34" arms, 5.1 40 yd dash, slated to go about #45 ....would give our 2 RBS one side to run behind.

I like that we’re seeing more potenial OT candidates in for visits. Gives us an idea what type of OL they are targeting and the round they are looking at them. If they want Suamataia or Patrick Paul (who they’ve been linked to) they need to get them in the 2nd. If they go OT in the 2nd then that tells me they are listening to @CloakNNNdagger and not depending on Tytus Howard to be around playing up to his contract this season.
 
I worry that they will be content with left side .... I can't remember either one of them driving someone back !
 
Omar Speights LB LSU

Playmaking linebacker Omar Speights had a terrific day. He timed as fast as 4.62 seconds in the 40 after measuring 6-foot-5/8 of an inch and 225 pounds.

Speights completed 30 reps on the bench, touched 10 feet even in the broad and had an outstanding three-cone mark of 7.06 seconds. Teams prefer Speights on the inside of a 3-4 alignment, but they also believe he can be a weakside linebacker in a 4-3. He will be participating in the local pro days with the New Orleans Saints as well as the Philadelphia Eagles, and Speights is drawing a lot of interest from the Houston Texans.”

I've been asked what is going on with Jayden Daniel's elbow?

To me it appears to likely be a cystic lobulated calcification of the olecranon (elbow) bursa with sedimentation, secondary to a significant bursitis. Something similar to this is what I would expect to find on Xray.

If an OT was BPA then I would be OK with picking an OT in the 2nd. I dont think a top 50 OT will be there at 2-42.
