Tracking 2024 Prospect Visits

Really appreciate the work you're doing, TexansFan15. This is shaping up to be a draft leaning heavy on defense. That makes me anticipate a FA leaning towards adding weapons.
You’re welcome!

Also the first couple of days of the combine are mainly defensive positions, so we could be seeing more offensive positions later on in the week. I think in free agency, the Texans will add both offensive and defensive weapons.

I guess RB- Jaylen Wright (Tennessee) has more than substantiated, what I seen on film, during his Combine performance. He’s fast (4.38-40) and even faster over the first 5 yards (15 mph) than any RB tested over the past 2 seasons. JW is my top choice b/c he can perform every duty asked of a RB….which makes him a 3 down back for any team who drafts him. Also, he averaged 7.4 YPC in 2023 against SEC defenses which was tops in CFB.

JM: You do that well. Which NFL teams did you feel showed a lot of interest in you throughout your meetings at the East-West Shrine Bowl?

Jalen Sundell: I spoke with every team in attendance. I had good conversations and interviews all around. None of them really stick out off the top of my head. Every interview was fairly similar.

I want to see a list of the 30 guys they bring in for visits.
That one could be telling.

I like his motor. If one of the top 3 doesn’t fall to us in round 1, I wouldn’t mind Isaac on day 2.

I’m probably an outsider on this opinion, but I’m not the biggest fan of Chop Robinson. He’s athletic, but minimal production against top tackles. Seems more of a Travon Walker to me.

Robinson would not be drafted number 1 overall, but Walker quietly put up 10 sacks this year and was a piece that could be moved around the defense, not exactly a negative

He was raw as a pass rusher coming in to the NFL and is gaining plenty of experience.
He will be even better this season.
