I'm talking about when they traded Hopkins, they traded the wrong piece of Clemson trash, and yes, they knew something was going on.
Cal chose money over doing the right thing and it bit him in the butt. Shocking
Maybe you can patent that third eye of yours or setup an office in the Astrodome to teach gullible fans how to detect character flaws in people they have never met or hundreds of miles away from them.
If you didn't know the character flaws was the reason Hopkins was traded I don't know what to tell you. Cal chose DW4's character flaws over Hopkins character flaws. Why? Money
I never believed in the star QB.

On a realted note, wonder when we're going to see the DW4 slime act again. You can give trash money but they will always be trash. We spray section 8 housing for a living and you wouldn't believe some of the crap that goes on. I really can't believe anybody would support this guy.

No one....including you, knew that behind his squeaky clean image, he has skeletons in the closet. I am still very confused about how the Hopkins trade is related to DW4, or how momma Watson and Janice are linked in the process. I have searched and asked on these boards for articles related to this and have come up empty. Beyond message board rumors....where is the proof?
I am in agreement as far as the doors on Kirby closing on Watson. This dude created a media circus for all the wrong reasons this offseason. I would like to move ahead and away from this drama. I wish we could get good value trade compensation now....but that isn't happening anymore.

I don't know what it would take but a good start would be some explanations and consistency. Why does a professional athlete that makes his living with his body trust random Instagram therapists? Why does he go to so many? Ok so some of the sexual encounters were consensual, what triggered it and who made the first move? Did he go into these encounters expecting sex? What about each of these women stood out to him that made him contact them because it seems to be all over the board? Why fly in therapists from out of state that you don't know and apparently have no connection to? How is it that so many of these statements are so alike?
At this point the whole "innocent until proven guilty" seems to be more of a moral stance for most people than one supported by known facts. Doesn't help that if it was any regular person off the street they would have long since been locked away and the key melted down in front of them.

He guilty of being an idiot and putting himself in this situation. That still doesn’t begin to describe how dumb he is.
Also - he tried to demand a trade from the Texans six months after signing a contract that he praised as a great thing.
Being guilty of those two things - his indescribable amount of stupidity on the masseuse stuff and demanding a trade is enough for me to say get the hell out of Dodge.
But potential sexual assault/harassment makes me want to help him pack his **** cause he ain’t moving fast enough for me.
Time to move on and continue rebuilding. If only we could get this stuff behind us to see if there is anything we get for him in a trade. If not cut him.
No one is coming out of this innocent. Even if you believe all 22 womens' account 100%, none filed a police report. And if you believe Watson is being blackmailed, he paid for sex. There are no winners here. Just shades of grey.
That standard is not applied in civil proceedings. The burden of proof is on both sides. The plaintiffs must prove that torts were committed by Watson. Watson must prove that he committed harm to no one. Everyone enters the court on equal footing.

Bro when this came out I knew old buddy would go lower than the lowest. Why, well because he never did like Watson from the jump.
Like I stated early on, instead of bashing and pumping ones chest. How about praying for the young man who clearly has a problem.

Again Hop got traded because he wanted out. He went in that office demanding a raise after his harsh remarks to Bill O'Brien and his offense. No way Obrien was going to allow Hop to get away with that type of disrespect. So they painted this picture and you guys are now running wild with it.
Hop was the player who charged Watson up for partying too much in his rookie year.

Agreed. There were probably a few things he could have done way back when, but now, there’s no way out. Guilty or innocent, he’s not playing football for anyone until he pays somebody something.
We’ll never know the truth & this will be hanging over his head on the gridiron or in it.

Winning fixes everything, Big Ben’s stuff was forgiven because he went on to win super bowls. IF Watson is allowed to play again then he will have to do the same for this to not be the first thing mentioned when his career is talked about.

Innocent of what? Sexual assault? For me to believe he's innocent of the sexual assault part beyond a shadow of doubt, it would take something extreme exposing these women and/or Buzbee.
I don't think there's anything that can happen to make me believe he's innocent for the rest of it. I mean, if you add the 18 women that Hardin found who had no problems with Deshaun, that gets us to what, 40 or more "massage therapists"? And it doesn't help that he was requesting massages from women where massages weren't really what some of them specialized in. I mean, if you're in need of massages as much as it appears Watson needed it, why are you looking outside that specialized realm?
And even if the towel accidently falls off, exposing yourself to that many, basically strangers, in an environment where he has no protection from a he said, she said scenario, i.e. all of them being 1-on-1 private situations, that's just a really, really dumb way for a publicly known rich person to do things. Just in this thread there's been mention of leaving the door open in an office environment when a woman enters. You just don't put yourself in that situation, especially if you're famous and rich.
I could get past the sexual assault part, but like I said, it would take something crazy proving these cases to be fraudulant, but there's nothing that can get me to innocence beyond a shadow of doubt for all of the, as @Lucky put it, shades of grey. I mean Team Watson has basically admitted to paying for sex. There's no coming back from that.

To minimize the number of complainants, Hardin in one his statements related that last year Watson averaged ~ 3 massages per week. That's ~150 massages a year. Maybe a couple massage sessions per week during the season may be reasonable, but last year, there was virtually no football activity/trauma for the first 7 months of the year. How do you get 150? For good reason, the need for such numbers of massages have been question by NFL personnel and players alike.

I think at this point Watson will be suspended at least, even if all this goes away, it’s just a matter of how many games. At this point the NFL doesn’t have to act so they can wait to see how this plays out. Let the severity of the charges at the start of the season determine their next move. A suspension for having civil suits that are settled by that point would be far different than one due to pending criminal charges.
There was NEVER an article written on the subject . There wont ever be an article confirming or denying this chapter either. It was buried because of the optics & people's media credentials are on the line.
I made the initial cryptic post on instagram hoes and momma drama / mother goose after several months of sitting on the information of why Hopkins was traded after talking to two people I know close to the situation which was confirmed by another highly trusted source.
Over a period of time the story was told by someone else with inside information that totally corroborated what I heard and I confirmed that was indeed what was insinuated in the earlier "cryptic post" which can be found here Texans Defense is terrible. So at the risk of beating the proverbial dead horse let me see if I've got this right:
(1) The reason the Texans traded D-Hop to the Cards with such stunning and mystifying terms was to whisk him out of town as quick possible with the first willing trading partner so they could get him as far away from DW4 as possible to eliminate the influence on DW4 ?
(2) The real reason DW4 was pizzed at the organization and wanted out wasn't so much because he didn't approve of the hiring process of
a new HC and/or GM, but rather because the organization was intervening in his relationship with D-Hop & trying to get him (DW4) to change his own off field lifestyle ?

Long ago, I posted that Hopkins, the media and Michael Irvin out of ignorance or for whatever reason entirely misrepresented the true meaning of the statement credited to O'Brien that "Hopkins had too much influence over the locker room." The "locker room" label should have always correctly been assigned to reference Watson specifically.............i.e., Watson's introduction to the wilder life by Hopkins.
Or he's a sexual predator that has certain patterns. Like, either the towel kept falling off or it didn't. My favorite was when this happened DW4 asked, Do you want to sit on it? You think it took coaching for the woman to say that?
