Stroud should’ve pulled the ball down and scrambled for whatever the defense gave him to the left…..instead he scrambled to the right and into the defense for an awkward throw for an incompletion. Learning moment.

Then he comes back and delivers a TD strike to Collins. That was a nice drive. Way to answer Texans!!!!!

He really does, if we can get decent protection from either the OL or the play-calling then our passing game will develop into something special.

I honestly thought he was trying to throw it away. I didn't think Nico was going to be able to go up & get it.

But... & I'm not picking on the kid. Watch AR15 run then come back & watch what Stroud did on the play before the TD. You can tell that running is not part of his game. I don't know why he looked like he did vs Georgia. He looked natural in that game. But so far it looks like he's uncomfortable outside the pocket.

He's athletic enough, he should get better over time. But it's not looking good yet.
