we had the game in our hands. Schaub just pissed it away with that pathetic pass attempt to Walter.

The sooner we realize that Schaub just does not have the goods, the sooner we will actually go out and try to get a legitimate quarterback.

That's what we do. When it's time to win the game the good teams make a play, extend over the line and get the first down, then challenge and get it. We on the other hand go chicken **** and refuse to run for the first down and instead throw the damn ball into the ground in front of a guy who wouldn't have even been able to make it if he'd caught the thing. Classic Texans style way to close out a game by choking up any chance of winning.

Drafting a stud LB and getting Ryans and Barwin back would really help.

Bentley is a great ST guy. But he should never see the field on defense.

Looks like another heartbreaking loss.

Maybe a quick score and an onsides kick recovery is in the cards.

No, they'll play it like we're fighting for a playoff spot until we're 5-8 next week. We'll be "mathematically alive" and they'll act like their 3 win "streak" at the end of the year actually means something.

Haven't been on thread for this game so far, but the last drive has forced me to vent.

1.) That pick attempt by Pollard. Surely he has been hit in the head by the receiver. If you are calling shots to the head of receivers (which I am totally in favor of), then you have to call that. They didn't show decent replays, but from behind, it sure as heck looked like as Pollard was going for the ball, the defending receiver made an above the neck hit.

2.) That spot of the ball call is absolute BULLSHIT! That is in no way conclusive. That last angle made it look like he was short by a distance. To overturn that is crap, pure and simple.

Dammit, this was there for the taking!

Come on Texans!
