The man has a great pair of hands, but isn't he undersized for an NFL TE? I'm just judging from the TV so don't start yelling if he is big enough :P

He is listed as 6'3'' 245.

As I watch Vince Young with his 3 touchdowns and his 199 yards rushing plus his 268 yards passing I can't help but be reminded of the time that David Robinson won the MVP and Hakeem just completely obliterated him in the playoffs. Hakeem made a point doing that and Vince Young is doing the same thing tonight in the Rose Bowl. He's saying "That should have been my Heisman trophy".

David's only going to be under contract for 2 more years....That will give us plenty of time to groom Young to be our franchise QB.

Yeah that's true. I think the fans of about 10-15 NFL franchises (maybe more) just added Vince Young to their wish lists. He comes out now he's the first QB taken maybe. I hope he stays one more year to get that Heisman. I still want Bush this year. Vince at the #1 next year.

Not the #1 overall of course. I don't ever want to see the Texans get this pick again by "merit". Trade maybe.
 
Vince Young is just amazing. What a hell of a game. The Texas offensive line was equally amazing.

One thing is for sure, this game lived up to the hype. High scoring and lots of yards. What a helluva game!

Matt Leinart: "....I still think we're the better football team...." I was rooting for USC but that doesn't sit well with me, USC got beat by UT, hence UT is the better team tonight.
 
I can't wait until Cold Pizza tomorrow. That weasel Skip Bayless picked USC to win and Paige picked UT, I hope Paige smacks him.

It doesn't matter what is said, Jabroni!!!! *lol* Sounds like sour grapes to me! I thought it was a bit disrespectful of ABC to talk to Leinart and Pete Caroll after the game and not the champs.

White looked good, Linert looked good, VY looked GREAT. Bushy was just so,so IMO. Thomas looked very good.
 
Ladies and gentleman that WAS the BEST college football game EVER played. you all should be thankful you were lucky enough to witness it. Many times games don't live up to the hype, but this one exceded it.
 
vince young=#1 overall pick. He single handedly destroyed the usc hype machine. He is mike vick with an arm
 
I'm choking up and my heart has just calmed down. Hopefully, VY will bring another championship to Texas, no matter for which team. I hate that USC was interviewed, despite losing. I've yet to see a Longhorn interviewed. Wear burnt orange and tune in to the Best Dam Sports Show Period to see Reggie Bush in a Vince Young jersey.
