Not sure how ya go the 150. They showed 55 run 64 pass I think. Look like 119 to me.
Kickoff returns equals 37 more yards, so that would be 156 i think...

Well, the 119 is a pretty fair first half. I am only interested in his run and pass yards as I am sure he won't be doing returns for us. Would mliked to have seen a few more on the run side, but still a half to go.

What's up with VY in the shotgun? He said he didn't like it because he could not read the defense fully. And what's with his stance?

I was just thinking that I had read somewhere that he spends a majority of the snaps out of the shotgun...now I'm wondering where I read that.

return yards should not be counted, as they are the easiest yards.:twocents:

HAHAHAHAHAHAH. Ever had a 10 Huge players running full steam directly at you? Not as easy as me thinks.

I know I will most likely get killed for saying this, but White is looking more like an NFL level RB then Bush in this game. I just wish I could see Bush take it up the middle a few times. Going East and West in the NFL just isnt going to work all the time.

I agree, so far White is having the better game. Still lots of time though.

I said earlier in the thread I'd take White over Bush. Couldn't agree more.

I have a feeling that mised XP is gonna hurt us in the fourth quarter...
those missed XP's are always looming. I thought maybe they should have gone for 2 on that next TD, but I guess it wasn't on the chart.

I have said all year that Bush's own team and his opponents have made him look better than he really is.

That said, I would hardly be so quick to repeal or change my judgement of him based on one somewhat disappointing half.

I can't believe how quickly people flip-flop on here, about anyone. Bush is the man until he has one mediocre half, now half of his bandwagon are jumping ship. I hope Vince Young can, oh, I don't know, play two whole great halves, lest people so quickly recant their praises of him next.

And Vince was down on that play. Texas might have gone on to score any way, sure, but what the hell were the refs watching? Looks like the zebras want to bring this one back to the Big 12 ...

I don't think anyone's jumping ship, I just think all of the Bush hater's/lover's are in the same thread at the same time.

what about taking Lendale White?

If I was drafting a Running back you have to look at him, I like him and Deangelo Williams. The one cut and go running backs always appeal to me as long as they can pass block, and catch the swing pass.

Funny thing is, I am more confused now on Bush then any other time. I was dead set against him because we have greater needs, but I like what I have seen in this game (I am looking at more then just him breaking loose all the time, I am looking at blocking, getting open when needed, and other things.) I also am impressed with Thomas... Sign me on his wagon

Look at the replay where the camera was from the endzone, VY had the ball in one hand with no control at the time his knee was on the ground.

And either way, they didnt look at the INT either...

Im starting to question if V. Young declares, should we take him. The guy is a monster.

If we got him he needs to stop trying to do everything himself (Like Vick does). He needs to think pass until he is pressured then use his god given ability. But he has a body like Culpepper, and moves like a running back. Its a risky pick, but what draft pick isnt ? :)

he has been passing, he only has like 4 incomplete passes and most of his completions have been downfield. Must of his running plays have been called running plays.

is it me, or does UT completely read all of USC's passing plays? Leinart looks like Carr, helpless, but trying and possibly hurt.
