LeSean McCoy Accused Of Brutally Beating Girlfriend

July 10, 2018 11:20

Friend of McCoy's girlfriend reveals graphic photos of alleged abuse.
Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy has been accused of brutally beating his girlfriend Delicia, and her friend, Mia, has taken to instagram today to reveal a graphic photo that was allegedly taken from a hospital bed this morning. Additionally, Mia accused the Bills' star of beating his dog and using drugs, among other claims.

The graphic photo of Delicia contains the following caption, "@shadymccoy is THE DEVIL!!! YOU ARE AN ANIMAL!!!!!! We didn’t say anything about how you beat your dog “Henny” into kidney failure. Let’s not talk about all the times my best friend had to stop you from VICIOUSLY beating your son for small things like peeing in the bed. We kept quiet about your drug usage ... all the ILLEGAL steroids and needles you were using, but we will not keep quiet about this!!!!!! I can’t believe you did this to my best friend!!!!! YOUR KARMA IS GOING TO BE SO REAL!!!!!! The world needs to know what type of animal you really are!!!!!!! This was just her yesterday on the left and now this morning this is her on the right!!!!#WomanBeater#AnimalAbuser#ChildAbuser."

LeSean McCoy case takes another strange turn
July 10, 2018, 8:40 PM EDT

It’s possibly true that, as Bills running back LeSean McCoy contends, he has had no direct involvement with girlfriend Delicia Cordon for months. That may not be enough to keep him out of trouble for the graphic injuries Cordon recently sustained.

Via Mike Rodak of ESPN.com, Cordon’s lawyers say that she was the victim of the invasion of a home owned by McCoy in Georgia, and that the thief stole jewelry from Cordon.

“The assailant demanded specific items of jewelry that had been previously gifted to Ms. Cordon by Mr. McCoy, which Mr. McCoy had requested back on many occasions,” the statement from the attorney explains. “In fact, after Ms. Cordon refused to return her jewelry gifts to Mr. McCoy, he would often suggest to Ms. Cordon that she could be robbed because the jewelry was expensive.”

Although the statement apparently doesn’t come out and say it, the implication is inescapable: The lawyer believes McCoy orchestrated the invasion of his home and the ensuring robbery of and attack on Cordon.

If that’s true, McCoy likely has played his last down of NFL football.

Lol the HOF is like a girl who hates her ex so much she doesn’t even admit they dated. Like we all know TOs been there but Holly Fame acts like it never happened.

The Texans uniform looks too basic, especially the red or blue jersey.like something is missing with the one shoulder stripe.
..but I like the blue/red/blue combo uniform. It reminds me of really old shool uniforms, 30s,40s,50s, and even an aspect of the 1970s

I don't know if all these add-ons will help or complicate the calling of a catch. Most seasoned fans can tell when there has been a legitimate catch, I don't see how refs can't. Most people don't need a map to get them across the street.

New catch rule includes more than third step, reaching with ball
July 5, 2018, 3:24 PM EDT

The NFL’s most recent effort to fix the catch rule included the crafting of an objective test for satisfying the all-important third element of the rule. Subjectivity, though not entirely eliminated, has been enhanced by objective examples of satisfying the requirement that the ball be possessed for a specific amount of time.

The two examples cited by the league in passing the catch rule were taking a third step or reaching or extending the ball toward the line to gain. But the final rule identifies other concrete ways in which the player will be deemed to have possessed the ball long enough to complete a catch.

They are: Tucking the ball away; turning upfield; or avoiding or warding off an opponent.

The subject aspect of the catch rule remains, allowing the official to award a catch if the official simply believes that the player had the time to do something that he actually didn’t attempt to do. With five specific “acts common to the game” now listed in the rule as automatic devices for satisfying the time element, there isn’t much else a pass catcher could do short of stand still or immediately fall down during whatever time is deemed to be necessarily to have the ball long enough to complete the act of catching the ball.
I'm not sure if the quoted article made clear what is (to me) the biggest change to the catch rule -- that you no longer have to maintain control of the ball after contact with the ground if you catch the ball in the act of 'going to the ground'. Seems like this will help make more calls go the way that most of us perceive they should which is a huge improvement imo.

The key change to the rule eliminated the "going-to-the-ground" element of the previous rule.

Jameis Winston has been left out of all the recent Bucs promotional videos..........a preview into the future?
I'm glad Tampa Bay is handling the situation with some class. Unlike the Kansas City Chiefs, which in recent years, have promoted and praised some women beaters on the front cover of their magazines and promo videos (Tyreek Hill and Kareem Hunt). I don't care how talented a player is, I simply can't support a player like that.

What case did Kareem Hunt go to court for?

I didn't know you had to go to court or be charged with anything for the NFL to discipline you? Kareem Hunt has been in a couple of incidents this year. At the very least I have a right not to cheer for him. Not that I'm a Chiefs fan, but I don't even want him on my fantasy football team.

I said the same thing about Jameis Winston two or three years ago. Claiming that I didn't want to cheer for a bad guy like that. And people were telling me it's no big deal, Winston is just a young and immature kid, but apparently there was a disturbing pattern there.

I'm not talking about the NFL disciplining him. I'm talking about your assertion that he's definitely a woman beater.

Is there some legitimate basis for that that I've perhaps not seen/read?

He may be guilty here, idk. But it's entirely he said/she said without a shred of evidence. Not sure how anyone can make a strong judgment either way.

Looks like God'ell is going to be screwing up my FF rookie keeper league.

I like it much better whenTags only suspended players when they were convicted in a court of law. (Like the rest of society) Not convicted by God'ell after some hoe gets kicked out of a players room and no charges are filed.

Here's to hoping the NFLPA kicks the owners a**es in the next CBA so crap like this never happens again.

# Will never happen with DeMaurice Smith leading the NFLPA. Has a man ever gotten paid more for doing so little? In a way the players are getting what they deserve for electing this idiot.

Goodell, just re-instate the old Kick-Off with one modification....move the Kick-Off back to the 15 yard line and separate teams by 15 yards. On-Side Kicks would still need to go 10 yards to be in play. I've always like the Kick-Off and the roll it played in the game.

Peyton Manning’s Wife Quietly Asks How Much Longer Papa John Going To Crash On Their Couch
Yesterday 10:58am
xogqaalztq9ixipergvx.jpg

INDIANAPOLIS—Frustrated by the heaps of soiled red polo shirts accumulating in her living room, Peyton Manning’s wife quietly asked Friday how much longer disgraced fast-food mogul and pitchman “Papa” John Schnatter would be crashing on their couch. “Honey, I didn’t mind when you said it would be a couple of nights, but it’s been over a week now,” said Ashley Thompson Manning, 44, adding that Schnatter seemed alternately depressed and angry and was perhaps not the best role model for their young children. “I understand that he’s one of your best friends, but I think he needs some professional help. I mean, he hasn’t left the sofa or showered since he got here—he just stares off into space and mumbles about ‘better ingredients.’ And I have to back out around his stupid yellow Camaro every time I want to drive anywhere.” At press time, Mrs. Manning issued the ultimatum that “either [Schnatter] goes or I go” after overhearing one of her children using the N-word.

Am I wrong in taking delight in seeing this beatdown the Pats are putting on the Titans...?

Titans put Kevin Dodd on “did not report” list
July 22, 2018, 4:34 PM EDT

As Titans players began reporting to training camp today, one player who was expected to show up did not.

Titans linebacker Kevin Dodd was played on the “did not report” list, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

Dodd is coming off a foot injury, and players recovering from injuries were supposed to report today, along with rookies and quarterbacks. It is unclear why Dodd didn’t show up. He skipped voluntary workouts but attended the Titans’ mandatory minicamp this offseason.

The 26-year-old Dodd has been a major disappointment since the Titans took him with the 33rd overall pick in the 2016 NFL draft. He has dealt with injuries throughout his career and hasn’t played particularly well when healthy.‏ Now questions will be raised about whether he’s going to keep playing for the Titans at all.

Rapoport also reports that the Titans put Rashaan Evans and Michael Campanaro on the non-football injury list, and Jack Conklin on the physically unable to perform list.

Titans' Michael Campanaro has been designated for the IR/Non-Football Illness list and it is up in the air if he will be available for Week 7 against the Chargers.

Campanaro supposedly stood out in OTAs as a slot receiver and returner. Last year during OTAs, he sustained a turf toe injury followed by a compensatory knee injury. But after that, it was the healthiest season of his career.

What's wrong with Conklin?
He ruptured his ACL this past Jan in the playoffs against the Pats................still rehabbing.

**NFL.com has reported him as being placed on the Reserve/Physically Unable to Perform list, where in fact he must have been placed on the Active/Physically Unable to Perform list.

When it was announced that Josh Gordon would not report to TC, many speculated that he had failed another test. But..................

Adam Schefter‏Verified account@AdamSchefter 47m47 minutes ago

Browns’ WR Josh Gordon did not have any slip ups or failed tests, per sources. His leave is a pro-active, defensive gesture to get extra counseling to try to ensure he does not have any of the setbacks that have marked his past. Those who know him say he has “worked his a— off.”

If this is true, good for him!

Maliek Collins to begin camp on PUP
Posted by Charean Williams on July 23, 2018, 2:58 PM EDT

Cowboys defensive tackle Maliek Collins will start training camp on the physically unable to perform list, coach Jason Garrett said Monday, via Clarence Hill of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

It is unsurprising given Collins broke his left foot in May while participating in the team’s offseason conditioning program.

He required surgery for the second time in four months to repair the fractured fifth metatarsal.

In his rookie season of 2016, Collins broke his right foot during the first week of OTAs. He underwent surgery and missed three months, though he returned in time for the regular season.

Garrett also said receiver Terrance Williams still is working his way back after foot surgery in February. Williams, who missed the entire offseason program, also could start on PUP.

Garrett added that Williams likely won’t miss much time but also could start on PUP.
*****************************************************************************************

Collins suffered a 5th metatarsal foot fracture Jan 9, then refractured it May 18. These Jones fractures are notorious to refracture following initial repair. Williams' foot fracture although not specifically identified here, was also a Jones fracture. Our own Martinas Rankin has probably suffered the same injury. Will hope he does not make the list of refractures when he does come back.

USA Today reports: Josh Gordon has landed on the IR/Non-Football Illness list while he goes through a health and treatment plan due to his anxiety. His status for Week 1 against the Steelers has yet to be established.

I don't know how all that is going to shake out, but he seems to think we still have QB by committee thing going. Too many games among his predictions where we don't even score 20 pts.
Or he may be looking for Watson to suffer the dreaded 'sophomore slump'.
Who knows. Prisco has always been weird. :)

I find it interesting that he doesn't see the Titans (made the playoffs last year) or the Colts (getting Luck back...) even playing .500 ball.
