Jets/Texans preseason opener - GAMEDAY THREAD

So far I'm not liking what I've seen from the offense, but I'm not going to start worrying just yet. The defense has two sacks so far, that's a good sign things might be improving.

No. Even the O-line was all swapped out for the 2's

I'll be our 2's against their 2's until mid third qtr, I think

Two thirds of our "triplets" didn't even dress out. So this isn't a real offensive showing.

Mario is Mario. I think he is trying but he just isn't that good especially in this position. Just too lanky. How long will we have to put up with Texans mistakes in 1st round draft. Watts already looks better than Mario. How long before he gets his first minor injury.

Some of the overlooked guys like Nading and Adibi making big plays tonight. That's good to see. Brooks Reed is in.

I used to be a real homer for Joe Marciano.

You know what? Last year was bad,. If this year is as bad as last year, which it looks like it is so far, I will be OK if he's let go.

Up until last year, our ST was pretty good. Of course, the "no more wedge" rule on kickoffs might have impacted us more than we ever realized. I dunno. Outside of Rackers doing his job, the ST unit just looks very bad.
