Game Day Texans VS Niners

Not a fan of that last return by holiday either. He's not going to break every time, but I don't like how he is returning those punts. Hopefully we can force more punts because he needs more work there.

He's clearly more comfortable on kick offs.
 
The blue suit NFL.com fantasy football dude needs to die. Suffocated with his own jacket.

My guess is that he's only fielding because its pre-season and he wants to show what he can do. I suspect those returns would end come the regular season.

i don't want to see the score so i can't go to NFL.com or anything like that.

just wondering if you guys could let me now which quarter and how long left because I'm going to watch it on re-play on game pass?

TJ Yates has not looked good tonight. His reads have been off, and so have his throws. I'm ready to see Case in there.
 
Are these announcers riding the short bus? Tate clearly missed the blitz pickup and then they credit Bullock with the kick? These dudes are sippin some good stuff tonight.
 
Ben Tate was thinking about something other than picking up a blitzer on that last play there.

Me too. Jacoby would have been 2 returns, 40 yards ran sideline to sideline, minus 10 yards net. We beat these guys. It would have been a 4 quarter war in the regular season. Lucky if either team scored a TD. Both starting defenses are dominant.
 
By the way, where is Posey? I know he is a little behind, but I expected a little more of our second pick of our last draft...

considering how long the ball is staying in the air, and distance. Think back to Mr East and West. He is going north, and still made 3-4 people miss.

Being better than jacoby is not s major accomplishment.

He was ok, but I'd like to see him be better on his punt returns. He is awesome on kick offs but I think he's still adjusting to returning punts in the NFL.

Being better than jacoby is the bench mark?

I'd like to see trindon be special in the return game (both punt and kick return). Not just better than a consummate screw up.

If you are going to be a return specialist you need to be special. Not just ok.
 
Jim is the type of guy who stands up during the important part of a movie and screams how bull**** that one part really is.

Not the bench mark, but damn this is an all pro punter for 2 seasons in a row, its def not because he has no hang time and distance to his punting. Holliday is doing good with what he is being given.
