Dude, you can't compare that simply b/c they are 2 different venues...college to the pros. Yes, LSU was loaded that year...but so were alot of the opponents his team faced so it evened out. Sauce played on a "less loaded" team by talent in college, but the competition he faced was pretty much on the same level save for a few games here and there in the AAC. That's not what has gone on in the NFL thus far. Stingley is playing well despite the overall talent deficiency of the guys around him..Sauce has played well...with a bevy of good young talented guys around him. Match up wise, Stingley has also seen the tougher QB/WR combo match ups overall in the NFL.
& once again, it is now known why that was....he was trying to play thru a lisfranc....which when you think about it is crazy....But you'd be the only guy in the room who wouldn't have taken him top 5 without the injury concern....but you know what they say about "the smartest guy in the room"...
