Too bad Dungey has given up coaching, but from what many people believe to be what we really need in Houston; Bill Cowher's name has been brought up many times the last 48 hours. YES....I believe it is the type of personality we need on this team. Some discipline, some fire and enthusiasm. Cowher makes his players take responsibility for their play, holds them accountable. If you played for a man that holds you accountable for your play, then you either play better or give your position up to the new guy.
A point was made that nearly every starter from last year was an "automatic" starter this season. This is how the 'Good 'Ol Boy" system works, and also how it fails.
