I mean it's extremely doubtful Tenn would allow or be responsible for putting a Division opponent in the position of drafting a franchise QB they would have to face for the next 12 -15 years. You mean because they've never traded before? Except they have.
Puppymonkeybabies that is.
It would seem QB play is non-essential except if your GM is a hall of fame QB, even Kubiak couldn't mess that up. Structure building through the draft & free agency. How does it work for them & not us? Rick Smith.
For 2016, the Cowboys once again have hope, and it starts with the ability of quarterback Tomy Romo to have a big year.
“Candidly, I’m just counting on Tony to come back and have some of the greatest years, if not the best years, of his career,” Jones said. “We want to make sure that we’ve got him the supporting cast. . . . We tried to do it this year. We didn’t get here. We’ll keep trying to get it done.”
Poor kid is going to end up in Cleveland.

Until I hear/know different I am expecting a team to trade up with TENN and take Wentz #1.yea while i see 1 of the top to potentially falling out of the top 10, if the 49ers and cowboys bypass on a QB. I dont see how they make it past the murderers row of Philly, LA, Buffalo, and NYJ to get to us. I tihnk if he gets out of the top 9 and hes our guy there is a good chance we can trade to 10,11, or 12 to get him

Why not the Cowboys? You are scrapping nothing and locking up the most important position in the game for the next 15 years. My question is then who would be that team? The browns maybe to guarantee they get him, I dont see a team like the Cowboys doing it they would essentially be scrapping their current team to start rebuilding and i dont think they are quite ready to do that yet. We will learn a lot of the 49ers intentions in the coming weeks with their meetings with Kaep. If they keep Kaep i dont see them trading multiple first to move up to #1. Then outside of that is kind of a crap shoot. How far are the Titans wanting to move down, and how much is their cost. I think the rams at 15 would be the bottom line as far as trading back for Tennessee is concerned, and would the Rams or Eagles be willing to give up that much for a QB?
After San fran though i really dont see a team giving up that much to go up and get him.
Either way like i said if im the GM of our team, and Wentz or Goff make it out of the top 10 im blowing up Chicago's and New Orlean's phone to make a deal

because I think the cowboys are still in win now mode. Sure if he is there at 4, and he is the highest player on their board they might take him. As that is only 1 pick, and while they have holes they can do other things to mask them. But to move up to #1 would cost multiple firsts and other picks or players. I understand doing this for a team who is just a QB away from competing like us, but the Cowboys have a QB they need to build a better team
This is the deepest DL line draft in over a decade. Dallas can find the answers to your question in RD2. Although in 2018 I can see Jerah lamenting how he should have drafted one the best QBs in the NFL in 2016 when he had the chance as the Cowboys slowly sink to perennial cellar dwellers in the NFC East.Greg Hardy isn't being retained. Gregory just popped positive and is suspended. Their D needs major help.

Highly doubtful. Opinions most likely formed after looking at other similar mocks. When you review their entire mock you coming away wondering if these guys have studied their first any game tape. When you read their analysis it's eerily similar almost verbatim from other similar mocks. It couldn't have been someone who just legitimately feels things could go down that way?

I've been a draftnik for over 30 years, as is often the case, many mocks are representative of Mel Kiper's. You're assuming that Brooks mock is an original. The reasons I don't follow or read many of these self proclaimed draftniks is there lack of originality. And you think it's likely he'd copy Bucky Brooks?

Guys I follow, have confidence in and seem to get it right more often than most are Mayock, Cosell, Brandt, Gosselin, Charles Robinson, Chad Reuter, Greg Gabriel, Bryan Broadus to name a few.So who is the First Cause Mock?

I don't follow or read today due to the fact that I previously followed and read and decided that most of their comments resembled plagiarism, were lazy in their efforts and it was waste of my time, much like most of your posts. I know this is difficult for you to understand.Don't follow or read and yet mystically know they are copying (while mentioning two guys whose mocks look nothing alike). Interesting.

Let me put it to you this way, when Wentz is the first QB drafted and very possibly at #1 then maybe you will see and understand the amount of plagiarism that's run amok. That's great, and I like a number of those guys work, but that doesn't speak to who you think is copy catting who. Just seems you want to call someone a copy cat dismissively who you disagree with.
Sure a lot of slots take a similar shape this time of year because we have a better understanding of team needs and schemes and where prospects generally fall in line. This doesn't mean that someone sliding Wentz (or anyone else) down the board is doing so merely because they saw someone else do it. This is all a best guess game anyway.

Wentz @ 22 is yesterday's news. Sometimes it would just be easier for you to say, "I don't agree with Texian."That doesn't make any sense though. The info and hype on Wentz has been out for a while now, people copy catting should the ones including Wentz in the top 5-10 at this point.
You disagree with Wentz falling to 22, and for what it's worth so do I, but I'd hardly call copy catting the reason.

That's about right, you got it! I'm guessing you're in the Wentz is a 2nd or 3rd pick. If you can't recognize the copycats or a plagiarized mock I guess that's your problem not mine.Mocks my favorite player at #2 = Original and knowledgeable

I thought I was clear, I guess not. Let me get a BIGGER chisel and hammer. After many many years I have determined there are many amateur novice draftniks who are not really good at what they're trying to do. Folks like Todd McShay who publicly proclaimed that Jevan Snead was a sure 1st rd draft pick and Snead went undrafted. After many many years I learned that folks like Mayock, Cosell, Brandt, Gosselin, Charles Robinson, Chad Reuter, Greg Gabriel, Bryan Broadus, Pete Prisco, Charles Davis were so much better informed and knowledgeable than folks like McShay, Kiper, Brooks, Jeremiah, Matt Miller, Scott Wright, Dane Brugler. So whatever these guys are saying I don't give them much credence and that's not limited to just Wentz. However if you have an affinity for amateur novice draftniks, knock yourself out. For me they are a waste of my time, regardless of team, players, coaches or GMs they're discussing. Like everything else there are good and bad evaluators of talent. I hope you too will be able to seperate the good from the bad. It's not that you want to post and bring up the people who are high on him, but try to discredit those who think he will go later. That is promoting a bias agenda which is what people are trying to hint at.
