Unfortunately I think you’re right. Maybe it’ll change, but we could potentially trade him so he can have a better scheme fit.

The commentators said Pierce admitted he's still trying to adapt to the new scheme, but to be honest the new scheme is hardly being executed. I'm not seeing guys teaming up to open running lanes.

I'm with TK on this one, I'm not sure we're a true ZBS running team. Maybe it's just some of the concepts with the plays but not fully entrenched in the blocking scheme.
