It looks like all of those almost interceptions Watson threw last season are coming back to haunt him. Terrible decision on that pass. Two weeks in a row he throws into very good coverage and the ball is intercepted.

IF he is clearly playing scared the coach CAN pull him. If it's that obvious... he most certainly should. I am without opinion though as I'm only able to hear the games til 2pm

No coach would pull their QB for "playing scared." They would tell him to put his big boy pants on and get back in there.

Jadeveon Clowney isn't hurt enough to sit out.
It really baffles me that he isn't playing today.

Clowney should be a leader on our defense.
Instead he misses every other game like he's soft.

And yet Clowney is all smiles on the sidelines.
Even jumping around and dancing. Yeah, he's hurt alright.

When Hopkins threw up his hand, he was open. After that, the throw is too late. Watson has to anticipate that throw & throw it before Hop throws up his hand

That's when you throw it away.The WR doesn't call it, it's the responsibility of the QB to appropriately assess the situation.

Exactly, but twin streaks isn't a real playcall. Angles or a combination need to happen if you're only sending two out on a route (you should at least have a leak outlet). Watson made the throw he was asked to, and put it where he was supposed to - he can only trust the call and that Hopkins will either win the ball or protect against interception.
