This was one of the most predictable outcomes in football...Hurts stealing TDs from Barkley. Anyway, Barley is RB2 overall on a per game basis before last nightBet that pisses off fantasy owners to no end
Where are the good teams on that list, where are the bad teams?View attachment 14826
Wow! Imagine that…..the Chiefs with the lack of penalties. Things that make you go hmmmm?

Netflix better figure their live streaming sh!t out before our X-mas game.... Tonight was a total disaster with the Tyson-Paul fight.
i don't...If you live in the Houston area, it'll be broadcast by a local station.
Lots of good teams with lots of penalties (bmore, Houston, GB) lots of good teams in the middle and a few good teams with very few penalties.Where are the good teams on that list, where are the bad teams?
What can we correlate based on where your team is on that list?
I understand the fight was the disaster also.Netflix better figure their live streaming sh!t out before our X-mas game.... Tonight was a total disaster with the Tyson-Paul fight.
The final was.. the fight before that was NOT. It was a fight of the year nominee.. basically a female version of Ward vs Gatti. Those two ladies saved the entire card for me.I understand the fight was the disaster also.

Interesting, I think the Bills' approach with Allen (6yr vet) is pretty solid. Having the whole offense contribute through Allen sharing with Joe Brady definitely promotes buy-in. I'd probably want a quarterback to have 3 or 4 years in the league before fully relying on him to understand what it takes of being a NFL starter (leadership, schemes/concepts on both sides of the ball, attention to detail and performance, etc). I also think an OC should know what his offense executes well.![]()
The Bills' offensive stars called these plays for themselves -- here's how they worked out
Instead of shying away from plays that players request, OC Joe Brady believes in showing trust and starting games with those plays.www.espn.com
I get that. Just broadening the discussion. We got so many people here crying about penalties as if it's the end of the world. The problem, imo, is that the offense is so bad we have no margin of error. My point was the chiefs lack of penalties

By then his rookie contract is over and after 2-3 more years or a 7 yr window it's time to move on because the QB will be taking up too much cap space to win a championship.Interesting, I think the Bills' approach with Allen (6yr vet) is pretty solid. From Danny Dimes to Tommy Cutlets.Jones, 27, has an injury guarantee in his contract that could come into play in the second half of the season. The Giants would owe him $23 million for 2025 if he were to suffer a serious injury and not be ready for next season.![]()

They probably were, just not the one who they thought...I though that team was just a QB away from SB contention.
Shows what I know.

Manning has to make it doesn’t he? Lots of talk about why he won’t make it I mean 2 SB’s…. Dude was good. But HOF good? It’s a good discussion. I won’t argue against it. I think I’m more for it.Manning

He will probably get in on name recognition and the fact that his two SBs were against the evil empire PatriotsIf Eli gets in then the Pro Football HOF is about as useless as the Baseball HOF.
And before anybody argues he should be in, he never led the league in any category except INT, 3 times, had 1.5 TD to every pick, and had a 60.3% completion percentage, 7.0 Y/A, and a 84.1 passer rating. Matt Schaub - 64.2%, 7.6, and 89.5. Oh, and Jim Plunkett won 2 SB too. He’s not a HOFer either.
Also, 2 of his 4 Pro Bowl selections were as a replacement.

He will make it at some point. I'm thinking first ballot due to the name and the NY factor. Helps him that NYG have absolutely sucked since he retiredManning has to make it doesn’t he? I'm fine with Eli in HOF. Can't tell the story of Brady without bringing up the little brother of his rival.
No we've become a spreadsheet society and care more about analytics than actually watching games and valuing playing your best when the lights are the brightest.Unfortunately you're probably right. We have become a society that cares less and less about actual achievements, facts, and what have you.
That's like saying you can't tell the story of the Ravens ridiculous defense without Trent Dilfer game managing the offense. That's not what HOF is supposed to be.
If Eli has to piggyback Brady, and/or his brother to get in, that tells you all you need to know right there.
BTW, Eli had just 7 winning seasons in his 16 year career, and has a .500 QB record. If he's going to get credit for 2 SB wins, shouldn't also take something for 9 losing seasons and a 117-117 record?
^^^^You could almost call Eli a solid QB some of the time.
Got extremely lucky in the Super Bowl.
Being aiiiight a few times in your career is not what the HOF should represent.
