Week 4 Game Thread: Texans Have Shovel Ready to Bury Jags

This team feels overrated

We clearly have more deficiencies than we realized.

The Pitre experiment needs to end. Put King in the slot and let Pitre do something else. Like knitting, or teaching YoYo classes.

BYW, Jason Simmons is balling for Atlanta. He was out there for the taking and we either passed or couldn’t..or wouldn’t…meet his price.

Yeah, but he's still a DB.. He can't cover as a safety, nickel, doesn't matter.. He's horrible in coverage. He's always chasing from behind.

Impossible. I have it good authority that the mere presence of LT is enough to scare most defenses out of attempting a pass rush

Messed around with the chemistry and so far it looks like it's backfired. They went out and let some damn good players walk while bringing in a couple of big names and didn't do much else.

Texans lucky Lawrence is a mediocre qb otherwise this would be a multi score deficit right now.

Right now, this team just isnt as good as we hoped. Time to face the reality. I believe in Demeco's ability to figure things out but lots of players are just coming up short.

Not sneaking up on anybody this year. Sophomore slump is in full effect. Bobby screwed up and should have jumped on the payday when he had the chance. We are a year or two away from being anything at all like the team we thought they miracled into existence.

Interesting that DeMeco Ryans doesn’t appear to be able to coach a disciplined and effective defense. Surprising.
