Glanville was full of the little man's disease. He did put together a great coaching staff though.

Glanville wasted the first round pick of Alonzo Highsmith because he wanted another player. I heard him say at camp that Alonzo ran to straight up so he just allowed him to die on the vine. Alonzo was a beast and if Jerry had played him at RB instead of FB the results would have been better. Yes again Jerry proved he was a idiot.
