be nice if we had some Time out's. 1 area for improvement for Kubes in my eyes is his game management skills.

He's been a coach for 3 years now. No more excuses for this. Game management skills shows frankly awareness and smarts. Our coach I think is deficient in this area. Seriously, I don't understand how coaches making MILLIONS of friggin dollars a year are worse at clock management than a teenager who plays Madden.

i agree whole heartedly. we know he isn't getting fired so hopefully he can improve on that one little thing, that keeps screwing up our games.
