And. Weeden is a career backup that will never be anything more. He's lucky he's still in the league.
 
We all can conclude how our season will end. But I am not surprised one bit because the offense has looked this bad all season long. Woe is me to believe they would flip the switch to GOOD all of sudden.

What offense? It would take a Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers to give our offense a chance to look like anything but pure garbage. Than again the way our offense is run I don't think they would help. Plus with no offensive line who with any kind of talent would want to play quarterback for our team other than someone who is a glutton for punishment.

He is consistent! That's about as positive as I can be. Maybe it's better than the alternative of having Brock throw a fumble again?

I am not sure I am even going to watch the Texans playoff game next week. I will catch the highlights on ESPN of our team getting whooped.

Novak missed his PAT to the left just like this last FG attempt. When a right footed kicker kicks a FG, he approaches the ball from the left and needs to kick the ball back to the left. This requires twisting his leg around..........a maneuver that requires the strong forceful contractions of abdominal oblique muscles........his injured abdominal oblique muscles..............

The rest of the league thinks he is a back-up...he might be the "best' short-term option by a degree or two i.e. giving us a 5% chance versus a 3% chance, but it is mostly same dog different fleas with any of the Texans Qb...
 
sooo..... not letting Savage get reps in a meaningless game, guess that means the Texans are going into the playoffs with Oz?

Weeden did only see limited time with our offense last season but in the time he had he looked decent. It does not matter because we have no offensive line. It would take a proven super star Qb to give us any kind of chance this season.

It may be we can get Os battered and bruised while saving Savage for next week.
