we need a 2 headed monster in the backfield. Slaton is a change of pace back not the move the sticks, short yardage back you have to have in those situations.

I agree here, hes not a goal line back but he has the speed to potentially make something happen on the edge coupled with a supposedly athletic O-line. At least Sage wasn't allowed to throw a pick there.
