Is Kubiak contractually obligated to run draws on 3rd and long? Seriously, the hell is going on, it's not like getting 5 yards there greatly improved Graham's likelihood of making it.
 
The thing is yes the Texans are winning, But it seems to me unlike other top AFC teams HOU played its best ball in Sept. Look at DEN who HOU beat in BAL up 31-3 just killing it.

I'd hate to see it too. Honestly, Matt can't do it. We're going to need another QB if we're going to start lobbing fades to Andre in the endzone or any where else on the field for that matter.

I seriously wonder if kubiak had a better qb if he'd trust him more.

Why would you not allow your qb to try and make a play SOMEtimes in those situations...

I just don't get it. Let schaub flex his killer instinct.

The only thing I can think, is that the level of play dropped off significantly down there & he doesn't want to take any chances. I know no one wants to hear it, but once this team starts making mistakes, Kubiak cools them down.

He doesn't want this team to snowball like he knows (& you know) they can.

We're always saying how players need to have short memories..... Kubiak should as well. One bad play, & he mails in the rest of the series.... hopefully he doesn't go into turtle mode now.

It's a damn shame JJ Watt is being wasted on such a ****ty team.

Too bad he couldn't play for a team that has the best record in the AFC. Then his talent would truly be realized.

I'd probably be willing to preemptively bomb the **** out of every one of our country's enemies to make sure that nothing happens to us or our interests.

But I have to be realistic. And you do too.

Whether we defend them or not, what does it matter? We're just fans. It seems highly unlikely that Rick Smith and McNair are going to change the QB and coach of an 11-2 team.

And that is why you don't coach scared. Other teams aren't going to just sit there and this defense is not what it use to be.
