Guys, we simply aren't there yet. Honestly, I don't believe it's due to lack of talent. This falls on Kubiak IMO.

But this team still shows a lack of mental toughness, an inability to finish games, they are as inconsistent as any team in the league, and anyone that thinks our offense is elite or anywhere even close to it is a fool.

I still say I think all these things are directly impacted by the piss poor coach we have in Gary "I Play To Not Lose" Kubiak.

I can't stand to even see the face of that ****er. I absolutely despise Kubiak.
