Yes that was him, he caught a pass 2 plays before that but it did look like the drop on the 3rd down play was a catchable ball at first glance.

When discussing this game, it's not a overreaction.. it's a observation.

First drive was very nice and resulted in a TD. Mills looked efficient. It would’ve been nice if Hutchinson had caught his first opportunity.

Defense has looked rough….every series.

Second drive with Mills resulted in a FG. Mills is not much of a runner, but his moves in the pocket this series proved one thing…..he’s learned to work in and around the pocket. Taylor made some nice runs.

Third series resulted in a 3 and out for Keenum. Hopefully Keenum will have a better series this time.

Uniforms are nice.

I actually think he's the perfect backup for Stroud.. A vet with plenty of starting experience, still young, and knows and accepts his role. That's the kind of backup you want when you already have your bonafide franchise QB for the next decade.

Agree. A good backup is golden. You want someone who can come in and play competent football if you have serious designs on a SB year.

Mills, Akers, and Hutch, big arrows up. And BTW backups on the oline are also balling out. It’s hard because of all the rotation but Fischer has looked good the few times I have focused on him.
