Game Day: Texans vs Browns

Ryan using Mills after winning with Keenum looks like he's trying to please Mills.

Not saying I agree with this game plan, but you say "after winning with Keenum" and I say "after winning despite Keenum".

Throwing for 229 and a Pick-6 in a 19-16 game where they punted 8 times and Fairbairn saved his backside isn't "winning with Keenum" just because he made one good throw in overtime.

First quarter over and low scoring 7 - 0. Ga.e is about as expected. Defense doing its job since that first series. Need to get something going on offense. Mills needs a chunk play.

Jimmie Ward with a quad injury..............lower extremity injuries are very common coming off of concussions..........especially after coming back from a concussion too soon..........Ward was concussed just last week with only 1 full practice..............a walk-thru practice......

I get that nobody is excited about Mills after his two dominant seasons as a tackling dummy and incompletion machine. I hoped to never see him on the field again too but if they think he can do something it’s not like he’s a rookie. The game should be moving at the exact same speed he’s used to. They have been coaching him all season so if they thought this system would turn him into a gamer we would have seen him last week. Especially if they think so little of Keenum’s arm that they would bring Mills in just to throw deep. All this says to me is they don’t trust either of them. All the results so far tell me is that I don’t much trust Slow.

They still need to pick one and win or lose with that one.

i dont mind Mills playing but why was he in a running play...

And if Mills plays last week, it's highly possible Texans lose. Keenum is 3-0 in his last starts.

If Ryan has no faith with Keenum, start Mills. Don't keep alternate QBs on the same drives. It doesn't work in the pros.

Feeling like the Jets game. Have very little faith meco will adjust. Stingley should have been on cooper but meco just wants to run zone 95% of the game.
