Deion is probably calling NFL execs pissed off and they are hanging up on him.I wonder if teams are calling Deion and asking him if his son can play CB
Lots of good RBs leftTomorrow RB and DT. My top two positions of need for Saturday.
Great night for the Texans. Great night for Jaylins. Great night for Iowa St.
I'm thinking we may be running packages with Lassiter and Sting on the outside, Bullock and CJGJ deep, Smith in the nickel, and Pitre as a safety/LB hybrid

Also Pitre insurance. Pitre has an injury history with his style of play.Good call. I think DeMeco already had a plan in mind for this guy and he wanted him for a the trade up.
You had him higher than I as I said UDFAJaylin Smith CB USC! I mocked him round 7… clearly I was a tad late. But here was my writeup:
Former teammate of Calen Bullock. Has played safety, nickel and outside CB. Also experience as a ST gunner. Physical in run support which is a prerequisite to play in DeMeco’s secondary. Add him to the competition and lets see if he can carve out a role.
I don’t question DeMeco on defensive picks. Yes I didn’t have him this high either. Y’all didn’t think Lassiter the locksmith was worth 42 last year either right?
But last time I looked, DeMeco knows a bit more about how he envisions a guy fitting in then we do. If he sees a vision for this guy…I’m all in. Ryan’s has earned that right. I expect this pick will hit at least to what is expected of a 3rd/4th, and will provide depth at a position where depth was sorely needed.
WOW!! I'll admit I didn't watch lot, if any, CU football but is the tape on Sanders that bad?
Yep. Blake Fisher was a head-scratcher pick too until we needed him.I did want CB depth so I’m good with it. I’m not sure we needed to trade up, but I’m not opposed to that if he is their guy. Not a sexy pick,,,until one of our guys goes down. Then it will get sexy in a hurry. Finally got some decent depth at corner. We lived far too dangerously last year. Suddenly the corner room looks a lot better.
I don't think it's the tape that's causing him to drop, I think it's his last name. This is a case where being a "nepo-kid" back fires. Teams feel the juice isn't worth the squeeze with the potential extra baggage (his father). I'm sure he'll go in the 4th, but the drop is HUGE.. He'll likely just be a backup now.WOW!! If you think that David Carr's father was a distracting tool, multiply by 100 what the team that picks Shadeur will be dealing with. From what I've been told, on his team visits, he would arrogantly grill teams on their shortcomings...........like "Why haven't you won a championship in the last 10 years?" or "Why haven't you had success with QBs in the last few years?"I don't think it's the tape that's causing him to drop, I think it's his last name.
