We already know the 5 conference champions that will be in:
1. Oregon- Big 10
2. Georgia - SEC
3. Clemson- ACC
4. Arizona State - Big 12
5. Boise State- MWAC

That leaves 7 openings: There are 5 11 win teams
6. Penn State
7. Texas
8. Notre Dame
9. SMU
10. Indiana

That leaves 2 for top 2 10 win teams
11. Ohio State
12. Tennessee

That's the way I see it with the big question mark being Notre Dame with their weak schedule... they do have the media appeal though

I agree with your selections. My weak link is Indiana but 11 wins is impressive although they failed in their 1 true test this year against Ohio St (who lost to a mediocre Michigan team that Indiana beat). I heard a lot of CFB analysts talking about 'Bama but IMO they should not make it as a 3 loss team and suffer like Georgia did last year.

No offense to any UT fans here, but I'm not rooting for them ever. Hate UT football with a passion... Nothing against the school itself or anyone who went there. Just hate their football program.
 

Sorry coach, I don't want to hear the crying.. you had two embarrassing losses to unranked teams.. two in conference teams who didn't finish with a winning record . This isn't about scheduling. I've never seen a team have the opportunity to play for a title with that type of resume since I've been watching college football. Alabama or not. That fan base has become spoiled (Patriot syndrome). Y'all aren't just entitled a playoff appearance. Alabama didn't deserve to go this year, I'm sure they'll be back.

Hey, I certainly enjoyed their sucktitude over the last 15 years or so... Yes, they're good now, but they still have to win 4 more games for me to care about their season.

And again, this is only directed at their football program, nothing else.

Shedeur Sanders should've sat out the Alamo Bowl.. this performance can't be helping his draft stock at all.. He's making freshman mistakes.. taking 20 yard sacks moving his team out of FG range. He hasn't done anything in this game and frankly doesn't look like a NFL QB.

I hope the Titans draft him. Kinda a weak QB class. I like Ward more. Quinn Ewers.. hell no, Jalen Milroe, Anthony Richardson type project..

Office conversation. Beck not considered not NFL caliber. 5 seasons at Georgia and 23 YOA. He needs to have good financial management for the ~$4 million he will get from Miami.
 
The winner of tonight's CFP championship between Ohio State vs Notre Dame will have earned their rings with 4 playoff victories. Early congrats to the winner (which will be the Buckeyes)
 
Kirk Herbstreit and his “look at his eyes, this guy is a competitor” comment every game is getting mad annoying.
