So what? How could the Texans get him?.. and would the cost then be worth the difference... Assuming you are correct and Wentz is clearly an elite QB talent. Then, the Texans would likely need to trade up to #1 or #2 to get him. Based on the Draft Trade Chart, here is what it would take to move to the 1st overall pick:
The Texans entire 2016 draft (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 5th, 6th) + Texans 1st round pick in 2017 + Texans 1st round pick in 2018 + some additional sweeteners.

Perhaps he will slip. However, what fan would want the Texans to ignore the QB position in free agency with the hope that Wentz or Goff might slip far enough down that they can trade most of their draft to go get him. Sounds like a loser's plan to me!
