Dobbins, already 30 years old this season, spent four years with the Ravens, playing in only 24 games. He missed all of the 2021 campaign after he blew out his knee.....................in fact, he tore his ACL, LCL, hamstring tendon, menscus (which required excision, not repair), and articular cartilage. In 2022, hen he returned, he tore another meniscus which was trimmed. Dobbins then in week 1 2023 against the Texans, tore his Achilles missing the rest of the season. Finally, upon returning last season, in week 12 he suffered an MCL tear which resulted in him missing 4 weeks.
With all of his knee injuries, his knee is no longer stable. Add the Achilles tear and you can expect not only lower extremity instability, but also loss of strength. All of this history is if nothing else a formula for predictable poor performance, projected additional injuries, and acutely short career. "Electric??" No thank you.
