PS games are a joke. Starters hardly ever play. In these joint practices those guys get a chance to not only get their reps in, but get them against another team's 1's. A whole helluva lot more than they would in these dumbass PS games. I also believe you get a lot better evaluation of your players having them going against somebody that isn't wearing the same uniform. Sure, it will still all be pretty vanilla, but it's the reps that matter here.
2 weeks of scrimmages. Freaking love it!!!
