You've said on more than one occasion Dw4 claimed not to have sex with the women, then retracted saying it was consensual.
He never claimed not to have sex with the women. That's what you are wrong about.

I also didn't care for him personally and said as much when the Hopkins trade went down. I also said I hoped trading Hopkins would help DW4 change his ways. (Just like his mother hoped.) Guess that didn't happen.
His 1st press conference he said he hadn't had sex with these women. Then cameback and said there was consensual sex involved.

That's because outside of the number of accusers no real smoking gun evidence has come out that would ensure a guilty verdict.
On a side note even if innocent, a case can still look bad for the defendant. No sense on risking a gulity verdict if you can just settle and end any chance of that.

The 1st response he had to the charges.

the questions are only pertinent in your mind. On the whole, they are irrelevant to the case. You’ve been flat out lying about certain things....like you tend to do with other subjects on these forums... & when you were caught, you don’t even have the spine to admit your info has been wrong. If a Watson trade had concluded before news of the off-field issue had emerged, the new team would have been standing in the shoes of the Texans."

Remember......Watson was selecting these women based on their Instagram advertisement. Licensed or unlicensed, the women that advertised on Instagram evidently had a penchant for advertising their masseuse skills in as little amount of clothing as possible. Anyone wanna to take a guess as to why they chose this method to advertise their specific skill set? Are you alluding to the fact that Watson was the victim of a bait-n-switch where the photo wasn’t a clear representation of the masseuse that showed up for the job?
But its not their source of income, or at least it shouldn’t be if they are unlicensed. Admittedly, I haven’t read all the complaints but some of the girls were aestheticians and personal trainers. Also, in addition to being a strength coach I’m also licensed massage therapist. This concept that DW can ruin their career is just wrong. How is he supposed to do that? Give her a bad google review? Unless the therapist is only working with other Texans it would not happen. I have clients in both of my fields that couldn’t care less about the Texans or any of their players. If you have clients that like your work a bad review from another client isn’t going to matter
As I said in first response to you I think he has a fetish/possible addiction to massage with happy endings. Perhaps he simply asked a legitimate therapist for a happy ending and it completely turned her off and made her uncomfortable. Maybe afterwards he felt bad and apologized.

Sexual favors for $$$$ is illegal in the state of Texas.
Flying women across state lines and paying them for sexual favors is illegal.
What Florio failed to mentioned is that the Watson sexual abuse accusations occurred prior to the start of the league year. There was no way the league would have OK'd the deal at that point. There could have been no trade of Watson. In some hypothetical where this didn't come out until after the league year began, the trading partner with the Texans would have been burned.
So any Texans' trading partner would have had some recourse, so then it's clearly not a caveat emptor situation.

This is the long version: if DW4 asked for a happy ending/sexual favor and offered to pay for that service (even if combined with a massage) then yes it's illegal. If he paid for a massage only and then received the favor, that is not illegal as you and I are discussing. Either way the specifics of this post (only) is not sexual assault.

I've been very consistent. I wish others on this MB were as consistent in their views.
