His hands have been much improved until the last game. When he can catch the ball
Colts don't have to play Baltimore or NE
They have a far easier schedule before we play again
While logically I know if we lose today the division isn't over...it will just feel that way especially with Colts being healthy again and our defense in particular going down 1 by 1
I went into this season with a small amount of expectations. That way I'm not to upset when they lose.
I read that article right after the question (I can't remember which thread either) and Florio is sharp and says he got from NFL office but I cannot find anything in the actual CBA dealing with this topic. I wished the NFL had told Florio "see section ___________."I don't remember who posed the question in what thread..........."how many years in advance can you trade draft pics?" But I found this:
link
Pregame show, Jay Glazer said teams have been calling Texans about acquiring Nuk. Idk that there’s enough return for his value to us. But teams know who is making trades for us.
3 first rounders??
not sure even that would do it
That’s what I was thinking. He’s under contract until 2023. Zero locker room issues. Sync’d with your young QB. It would have to be an absurd amount of picks and players for me to give up Nuk.
Does the loss of Watt for season and quite possibly retirement, change thoughts about perhaps not rebuilding but to go after picks/players to fill holes by trading our only tradeable asset that we can somewhat afford to trade? (whew!) I personally think Omenihu was the heir apparent to JJ and just may get there before I expected him to.3 1sts for Hopkins is good
If the texans were rebuilding. They ain't
McKinney is in the green. Adele the safety is in yellow. I don't know the other two. Maybe Scarlett in red.

Yes and why I think more than four...I don't know that there is a limit... the league may decline to approve if too lopsided, but multiple deals could be made?
I did find this
TRADES
TRADES
Once teams are assigned their draft positions, each pick is an asset: It’s up to the club’s executives to either select a player or trade the pick to another team to improve its position in the current or future drafts. Teams may negotiate trades at any time before and during the draft and can swap draft picks or current NFL players to whom they hold the rights.
When teams agree to a trade during the draft, both clubs call the head table, where Fiore and staff monitor the league’s phones. Each team must relay the same trade information to the league to have a trade approved.
Once a trade is approved, a Player Personnel representative gives the details to the league’s broadcast partners and to all 32 clubs. A league official announces the trade in the draft venue for media and fans.

That name thingy on back of jersey help me...lolFootball players are pretty anonymous if a hardcore fan base like TT.com can’t pick you out of a lineup
Not my fault all you humans look alike.Football players are pretty anonymous if a hardcore fan base like TT.com can’t pick you out of a lineup
Perhaps mr. Bill but I'm hearing that Washington has only received a second-round offer for Trent Williams. He is now on the trading block. If later Browns or someone gets him for a second round pick I think I'll scream.

TEXANS IN TALKS TO SEND A 2020 DOLPHINS FOURTH, 2021 SIXTH TO ATLANTA FOR CB DESMOND TRUFANT, OLB VIC BEASLE
Saw that as option 3 on an article from TexansWire entitled "3 bold trade deadline deals the Texans should pursue." I haven't seen anything saying they are in talks though, is this being reported?TEXANS IN TALKS TO SEND A 2020 DOLPHINS FOURTH, 2021 SIXTH TO ATLANTA FOR CB DESMOND TRUFANT, OLB VIC BEASLE
We have to play them again obviously so it might sort itself out
Haven't heard of offer only that he is available. The 6-foot 190 pounds with 4.38 speed and two interceptions. Allowed 12 catches on 19 targets this season. He just turned 28 years of age. I do not have average yards per catch but PFF 2019 a 60 overall. Is this true?
We plan on winning scoring 40+ points per game!In with an obligatory does Bell play defense question?
Good chance first three not here 2020.Just saying Darren Fells is rapidly becoming one of my favourite current Texans.
1. Reader
2. Fuller
3. Fells
4. Reid
Good chance first three not here 2020.
They would be stupid to let Reader go as he is one of the last decent pocket pushers we have right now and with JJ starting to age, that Dline will need all the help it can get.Good chance first three not here 2020.

He ain't going anywhere.
Over the cap says no dead money, tough decisionWhat does it cost us to cut bait on Watt? Does doing that help us retain people that actually play for more than 6 games a year.

Knowing JJ, he will recognize the situation and bow out of the game. What does it cost us to cut bait on Watt? Does doing that help us retain people that actually play for more than 6 games a year.

Yeah, its a real one.... wonder where JJ's head is. I suspect he'd feel he has unfinished business.
Reader could easily be offered stupid $ that we should not throw at him. Tight end Fells could be another honey badger and go to another team. His age does not act as an advantage for him in Houston. I could see Reader bringing us a 3rd round comp and Tells at least a fifth possibly a fourth. I am hoping Fuller is out standing next half of season allowing us to get something for him in a trade. They would be stupid to let Reader go as he is one of the last decent pocket pushers we have right now and with JJ starting to age, that Dline will need all the help it can get.

IIRC,Watts 2019 is now GTD unless he retires or accepts a injury buyout. $15.5 m savings next year if gone. There's your money for tonsil. What does it cost us to cut bait on Watt? Does doing that help us retain people that actually play for more than 6 games a year.
The problem is JJ should return healthy for 2020 and with his competitiveness I don't see him bowing out. Nor do I see McNear allowing him to be traded although that's what I would doKnowing JJ, he will recognize the situation and bow out of the game.
I wouldn't blame him and lord knows he won't be stiffed for cash - can you imagine the endorsements, etc,.
I know the FO would be extremely reluctant to trade or cut him and I don't blame them.

No he wasn't.Do you know if he was with any other team after he left Houston? I had high hopes for this guy.
