I don't like Kubiak. I will firmly stand behind that.

I like RAC, but I don't want him to Head Coach either, I also like Vrabel. I acknowledge that O'Brien does recognize the severe talent deficiencies in the offense and he is at least willing to go outside his comfort zone to try and make things work (Wildcat, JJ Watt Goalline plays). I do place 90% of the QB problems at his feet though.
