Point taken and agree. However, if the rest of the team played anywhere near just 'average potential' I believe the pass rush would increase. Maybe yes, maybe no. If the Secondary could cover someone, then the OB would need more time. JJ has been double and triple teamed since the first game of the season.

yeah he also said jjo is our best DB by far and that our o-line is a solid unit.
obviously he doesn't watch our games much, he needs to stick to his draft analysis stuff.

I'd rather see them hit the turf than opponent chests.

We have no one that can create separation. I know this has been glossed over time after time, but this team is seriously lacking in team speed.
 
I broke the speed limit several times to get back to Houston to watch this stupid game. The least they can do is get one ****ing TD for me.

Keenum looking much better this game than list time out with the Jags.

Like June said, the kid learns. Hope he gets a shot to compete with the new coaching staff -- even if they do go QB in the 1st round.

Just wish we'd stop the drive killing penalties --

Keenum looks like he's playing more and thinking less.

Ball coming out a ton quicker. I still bet he hits a big
off schedule play at some point in the game.

Keenum is going to be a great QB. If we do not train him we will be the ultimate losers as he will be playing (and winning) against us. We need to give him some protection. The kid is doing very well with what he has been given to work with and no protection.
 
you dont set college records as a QB running a no huddle spread offense and not know how to beat blitz.

the blitz problem is a coaching problem, not a keenum problem. schaub also had trouble when blitzed.

we should draft a qb and have an HONEST qb competition, not the farce that kubiak had this past pre season with yates and keenum.
 
Henne should be running qb draws all night. Our defense can't stop him
