This team totally wet the bed against the Ravens, and has a poor offense. Meanwhile, the Chargers scored at least 34 in their last 3 games, and appear to be peaking. They also have the league’s best scoring defense and among the best red zone defenses.
That’s why the media types give this team little chance and it’s not a diss. Dems da faqs.
That said, the Texans have a reasonable shot to win. I saw signs of life with the offense against the titans. Their best shot is if Diontae takes some heat off of Nico and most importantly…if we can run the ball with at least moderate success. And other than Lamar, this D has been nails against every QB it’s faced playing at home.
Keep Herbert in decent check, run the ball, involve Diontae and they likely pull it out. If not…it’s on to the offseason.
