Wild Card Round

Both games are winnable for Houston. Both will be defensive battles. Chargers and Steelers have two of the best HCs in the league. Looking forward to the wild card round and a fresh start!
Of the coaches remaining in the AFC playoffs, is Demeco better than any of them?

We all speak of Luv U Blue and think of the Oilers however it was the fans that made that real. The fans created an atmosphere of total belief and love for the team. Texans could use a slogan that brings all of the fans together with the State of Texas. It will be the fans that inspire our players to never bow the heads on the field. Bring on the Chargers

Not sure why that is the Monday night choice….i think the packers/eagles game might be better for Monday night

Is it a bad time slot? It seems like our matchup with LAC should be a better game than DEN@BUF or WAS@TB, but that could just be my opinion.
From football and watching perspective, I love that time slot. But it's typically the game that is expected to draw the fewest viewers.

Unlike the Texans & the Chargers, both the Broncos and Bills are arguably national draws
and therefor probaby atttract a larger audience but not sure about the Was-TB game.

After our last performance at home, I'd like to believe that DeMeco and the Texans will focus up and not let it happen again. I'm hoping for a similar result from last season. We got beat badly by the Browns on Christmas, and then on Wild Card weekend whooped that ass.

Were I not a Texans fan WAS@TB would be the game I'd look forward to the most.

I think overall this will be a good matchup. Each team has beaten only one playoff team this year. Chargers beat the Broncos and we beat the Bills. I do believe we will have a much better home game showing after that debacle on Christmas. It's playoff football, so every team has to play their best ball. Hoping we can pull this off. Just like last year against the Browns, many "experts" and analysts will be taking the Chargers.

Harbaugh's experience is the major edge the Chargers have. It feels like to me that the Chargers are the media's "hot" team in the AFC this year in the playoffs, similar to the Browns last year before we destroyed them in the Wild Card round. This isn't a guaranteed win for either team. We will see what happens.

I honestly kind of prefer the early slot Saturday because we can just get it out of the way. We learn our fate early on and can deal with the pain and frustration of the loss right away. Or we win and can celebrate all weekend and sit back and relax a bit while the remaining teams duke it out.

I’ve come to like the 3:30 Saturday time slot. It belongs to the Texans. During the dark period, I resented other teams in this slot. Now, everything is back to normal.

Regular season games at noon and the 3:30 Saturday playoff game. Life as a Texans fan. I like it.
