What if?

So since this thread is the what if game.

What if the reason they are keeping Easterby is just by being there he is pulling heat and attention away from Caserio and Culley. So when it’s time to make the hard decisions they can make them without the backlash because everyone will just say it’s Easterby at it again.

Not sure what demands eb has on personnel decisions and that may be a factor. Him making it to the sb 2 years in a row hasn't helped.

Still, one has to wonder why a white coach like Kingsbury gets a shot and he doesn't.
Some also some might wonder why after 11 interviews and supposedly this offensive mastermind EB cant get a HC job when other minorities like Culley/Saleh found jobs?

Or insulating the heat from Cal.

They are currently valued at 3.3 billion and are ranked 10 on most valuable NFL teams and are within spitting distance of top 5.

3.5 to 4.0 billion.....ducking crazy. And owners are crying b/c of a single down season financially. Suck it up and write off your losses before you foolishly begin dismantleing your teams. Owners would never successfully drive down player contracts b/c the majority of them are way to greedy not to try and take other teams top developed talent and that always cost money.

The cap keeps this in line.

The NFL is a case of socialism at its finest. Haves and the have nots. The middle class is shrinking, the same is going on in regular society as we speak today for the same reasons.

The salary cap works in the NFL, and this season was a prime example. The Bucs (29th in value) defeated the Chiefs (23rd in value). How often does this happen in MLB or NBA?

The NFL is nothing like regular society. That’s why I keep laughing at those who try to relate real life to the NFL.

Or a guy like Saleh, or Flores, or Lynn.

Heck, Pederson didn’t even get looked at for a HC gig this year.
So I guess we can remove race from the equation...
