And then it's playoff time. The Ravens are serving notice that they are a favorite to be champions!
So we have to deal with Travis Hunter for the next 10 years
Handwarmers in my shoes! The metal benches were Frozen.I'm cold just reading -3
Remember watching that game, some commitment! Well done!I was at that 2008 game. ******* game started at 3 degrees...finished at -3 degrees! Snow held off til the end. The ******* coldest I have ever been. Even some HARDY Packer fans I was supposed to attend with bailed at attending that one.
Gonna respond to you the way people ask if I want to go see my inlaws in Canada in winter at -50.Handwarmers in my shoes! The metal benches were Frozen.
Feels like the Texans are already in control of the division. When I scoreboard watch, I'm looking at the Chiefs, Ravens, and Bills. The Texans could control the AFCS
You Sir have a great future in advertising at Anheuser Busch - I believe they have an opening in the Bud Light Division. Why in the hail hasn’t Lone Star Brewing Co signed Mills to an endorsement deal? Could you imaging the marketing imapact it would have if he held that bottle of beer next to his face as the camera panned out to just below his shoulders?
Don’t threaten me with a good time! Those who were concerned about losing to a rookie quarterback. Drop down and give me 50 pushups. Marine Corp style at that.
The law of averages says that if they keep looking like champions during the regular season they will at least be in the Super Bowl at some point. And then it's playoff time.
Brady & Belichick made lots of teams feel that way.So.... this is how they felt playing us up to this point.....
The Ravens have 2 Super Bowl wins. Considering that one came in the Brady era, they've already done well by the law of averages. The law of averages says that if they keep looking like champions during the regular season they will at least be in the Super Bowl at some point.
I'll take -3 over 115 heat index every day. I won't even consider visiting Houston between May and November. Heck, I usually cook more in the winter than the summer and I live in the Akron, Ohio area. I've cooked in -25 wind chills.I was at that 2008 game. ******* game started at 3 degrees...finished at -3 degrees! Snow held off til the end. The ******* coldest I have ever been. Pats have been good vs the run iircCalm down! I love the fact that he’s finally looking decent against the crappy Pats, but the Patriots are terrible this season. What were his stats before that TD run?
They are bottom 3rd of the league in pass and run D.Pats have been good vs the run iirc
I agree but I took it you were inferring that they have fallen short of getting the job done during the Lamar Jackson era. I think you fully know where I was going with that post. As long as the current Ravens keep owning the regular season then they are on the right path for Super Bowl #3.The Ravens have 2 Super Bowl wins. Considering that one came in the Brady era, they've already done well by the law of averages.
No one on the OL has a feel for the game. Slowick needs to find something that works for everybody. If that means we toss it out to Pierce a time or two then we need to toss it out to Pierce every now & then.I'm rooting for Pierce, but he still has no feel for zone blocking. He's not seeing lanes develop. His long run today was made on the same pitch-out play that he relied on for chunk yardage in 2022. Eventually defenses recognize it. I hope he proves me wrong but this isn't the system for him.
What have the Ravens done, but double down on their style of play? Their weakness is coming from behind once they get down, and I don't see where they've improved there. The Ravens are built to win in the regular season. Which gets you into the playoffs. They will have to show me if they can become more.I agree but I took it you were inferring that they have fallen short of getting the job done during the Lamar Jackson era. I think you fully know where I was going with that post. As long as the current Ravens keep owning the regular season then they are on the right path for Super Bowl #3.
Same. Not going to lie though. Pierce saw no more on that play than he does on any other. He just guessed right and did his thing in an opening for a change instead of the back of a Texans guard.Well If I complain about him, I've got to give him props when it's due...nice TD run Pierce.
They've underachieved during the LJ8 era IMHO.I agree but I took it you were inferring that they have fallen short of getting the job done during the Lamar Jackson era. I agree. However they have still had plenty of success only to fall short of expectations during the playoffs. The law of averages says they will break through under LJ at some point! They've underachieved during the LJ8 era IMHO.
Agreed if you believe in that kind of stuff.I agree. However they have still had plenty of success only to fall short of expectations during the playoffs. The law of averages says they will break through under LJ at some point!
I feel like the league has a lot of those guys now though. Lamar, Allen, Burrow and I'd soon be putting Stroud in there too. It can't all break for them and even harder too when you're all in the same conference. Two of them can't even make it to the big game to face one another.I agree. However they have still had plenty of success only to fall short of expectations during the playoffs. The law of averages says they will break through under LJ at some point!
I hope you are right.Agreed if you believe in that kind of stuff.
Me- I think Stroud wins a championship before LJ8 does.
