Week 5 Gameday: Titans at Texans

so here is what should happen. mcnair calls trump to come in to speak with riley and he says "your fired." riley gets his paperwork. this is all for dramatic effect.

but riley needs to get the hell out. the guy just cant block.
 
I guess we have the Peter syndrom.. coaching to the level of incompentency... 2002.. I thought coaching kept us in the games..2005 I am not so sure.

Can't bench the tackles - we don't have a backup suited up.
 
We're doing a good job of run blocking, but this pitiful pass blocking has got to stop. The fans are tired of it and I know Bob McNair is tired of it. Capers could get fired at the end of the season solely for the fact that he still can't protect our franchise quarterback.
 
This is such a bassic problem its ridiculous. Yes, I know, we tried with Bosseli and Pace, but to not be able to protect Carr to this extent is just shamefull. Before today I still thoughout we could sneak out a good season and progress next year, but right now its obvious we need not only new coaches, but an entierly new O-line.

On the bright side, Robaire Smith is playing like a man possesed, if only we could get him some hep we might get a sack.

Oops - they may have suited up Milford Brown insted of Wand. He's still no tackle. Great strategy!
 
LOL, just saw Carr is 5/7 for 30 yds... The funniest part of that is that he has completead allmoast all of his passes, for a 6 yd average! DD is averaging more a run than DC a compleation! THROW IT DOWNFIELD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
awww that was a badass commercial with the rocket n dc. 3 blocks away it was so cool i almost forgot about our lines dismal performance.

Cant throw down field in the 3 seconds DC has to throw the ball....

It looks like they have tried to go deep a couple of times already, but it takes more than half a second of protection for Carr to get the ball downfield...
 
The Texans seem completely incapable of mustering a downfield passing game. Sad.

They're kind of stuck on that little pass to the sidelines.
 
holy crap that was close...Brown's 3/3. Well we went downfield, too bad Bradford couldn't make a play. I'd much rather have Armstrong in there, it's not like Bradford makes the deep play for us anyways.
