On the long pass to to Tank, CJ had to wait a bit longer to make sure the safety broke off. If CJ throws it earlier the safety would have not stopped and then it would have been double coverage. I do believe that we will hit on a long pass or 2 today.

Mixon hasn't exactly been tearing it up recently. So far this game, he is averaging 1.2 yds/carry.

Until they can get this running game back on track. If LBs are staying at home looking for Mixon to cutback. Then as more of a straight-ahead runner, Pierce needs to get more carries. If nothing else, he's going to force the OL to get some push because he's going to run right up their backs.

Maybe slowik isn’t a bad oc (think he’s average) but at some point, you have to try out a new guy if the offense continues to stall every week

Or, since the Safety was held up by Dell running into his zone S2roud should have thrown it to the crosser underneath. He was also beyond the 1st down marker.
