The reason his menu is so small is that his scheme does not change in adjustment to the offense. He feels that every offense can be handled with the same defense. It worked for him only in Chicago because he had a super elite roster that would have dominated no matter the scheme they would have run. Just stupid egotism to continue to run the same thing over and over, despite that it's been proven not to work. Good coaches today are innovative............they are not stuck in the past...............decades in the past.
