I think I would still rank Mallet and Osweiller above Mills. I don't remember Ragone as much, so hard to compare at this point.

Not to disagree with y'all but everybody was singing a different tune at this time last season. I don't think Davis Mills is more than a 3rd string Qb at best but he needs some help if we are to accurately grade him.
