Trust me, I have. Mills is playing exactly like he did last year. Averages about 18 points per game, plays bad majority of the game with a few good plays or drives. Very inconsistent and inaccurate.

I think it also goes hand in hand with the change in offensive philosophy. Example, Mills does well throwing outside the pocket. How many plays have gotten Mills moving this game?

Last season, Mills was making adjustments at the line. He's not doing that this season. Is that because Pep isn't allowing him to?

I think it’s a combination of a lot of things. And the plays he does make, Hoyer and Fitzpatrick did the same. Honestly I don’t think he’ll get any better even with a new OC.

Pep should never go a quarter without having plays where the TEs are not the primary target. It's not that hard.
The difference between winning teams and losing teams is simply if Howard would've made that block it would've been a TD. He didn't and the next play the fumble happens. The NFL is usually about 4-5 plays per game and the Texans are failing miserably at this part of the game.
Particularly since the TE is usually open.
