Let's go Texans!!!!!!!!

Of course, getting harder to do but I gotta keep my Negative Nancy going... we're gonna suck... but Im fired up about it!!!

Colts, Titans, Jags... F them... I say forgive them harder than they've ever been forgiven.... thats what the "F" means right?

F them all season long and twice on game days.

For me. As a fan. This has been one of the quietest offseason in recent memory. I didn’t contribute or get involved in any daily TT arguments with regurgitated posts, agendas or trolls.

LMAO. I guess this is how to behave when you have confidence in your FO, HC, QB and team. I’m overly optimistic.

With that said. Let’s go!!!!!

So, if Indy wins say.. by 10 points and both offense and defense of Houston are "off"..

Are you

1.Screaming and complaining

2. Everything is going to come together just wait until guys are use to playing together

3. Ah, it's only only 1 of 17 and we are still in for Super Bowl.

Ain't gonna happen so it's a moot point. 😊

I’m not worried about Anthony Richardson’s fragile arse, it’s the Taylor who I’m worried about. We were terrible against the run last season and we may be a bit worse in that department this season. We’re going to have to somehow force AR to throw.

It was definitely a good off-season. We had our moments but we were mostly normal here on the boards. It’s nice to have a decent team for a change!!!

Fragile or not… he’s at full strength right now and that makes him dangerous. OurcLBs are going to be in for a rude awakening if they don’t plug up those run holes!

I fully expect the Colts to look like a bonafide NFL team. They're talented, they've got good coaches, & they will be motivated.

But I expect our guys will come to play 60 minutes, more if needed. I hope the Colts give up & start bickering among themselves & the referees early in the 3rd qtr.

No drama on this team, either. Other than Dell getting shot but who hasn’t been shot in the leg? All positions are pretty much locked up and has been. And everyone gets shot once in awhile.

That's what Ricky Pearsall said.

Colts haven’t won a week 1 game since 2013 (0-9-1)
Lets not get over confident.

There was a time when the Colts @Indy were 95-0 against us.

Not saying Colts win, but streaks end... for better or worse. I expect it to be an edge of your seat ending.

Hopefully I am wrong and the Texans dominate 98-0 but I expect it to take time off my life expectancy instead.

Colts are 0-9 in season openers since 2013.

Texans focus should be starting off hot. Getting a comfortable lead and forcing an unproven inaccurate Richardson to throw the ball.

If that’s not the case, we have a qb who has experience with 3 game winning drives from last season (@TAM, @CIN, @IND)

Cj will pick apart that secondary. Hopefully our guys can block. Colts were ranked 5th in sacks last season

There was a time Dallas won Super Bowls and dinosaurs roamed the earth.

Screw the fear of getting over confident. This is a team that is that good enough to rally behind and say “we are going to the Super Bowl so watch out” and I am tired of acting like they aren’t that good.

I’m at a slight edge to the Texans. But it’s close. Real close. History means nothing to me. Different team.

Their run game is key. If Taylor runs all over us like last year, and AR15 reprises his prowess on the ground from game 2 last year it’s going to make it much tougher. Not impossible, but much tougher. If the Texans control the run reasonably well - not perfect…but enough to make AR beat us with his arm…I strongly favor the Texans. If their run game is really cooking…I favor the Colts. Not having Harris is worrisome. I also have some worry about Will Anderson. Hoping his ankle isn’t going to pose an issue right out of the chute but it wouldn’t surprise me.

Their D is very strong up the middle, so another thing to watch is Kenyon and the interior line. Having a healthy Mixon who can create helps…unlike DP. And CJ will be cooking up some good stuff too.

Close until a late score. I’ll take the Texans 31-24.

4. Bitching about zone coverage and Pierce carries

ikr most of the Cowboys Superbowl bound wins were in the wild card playoffs and up back then no? Texans have an awesome Superbowl path and I'm Houston football since the 60s. Let's do it!!! :texflag:

One of my fav movie moments to the issues above is Butch Cassidy Sundance Kid Neuman Redford lines at the high desert SW cliff running away from the law..
Only two options left so..
Stay captured or jump!
'But I can't swim'.
'Hell the jump will kill ya'. l🤣
