Nice! My co-worker is a Ravens fan. I bet him $100 they would lose tonight.By a Toe!
I liked that finish. Those refs let ‘em play on that last one.Ik
It's to bad they both couldn't lose. Can't stand either of those teams.
Pray tell, what did Baltimore ever do to you
They got Browns stank on them.
Thorn was a Houstonian long before the Texans came to be alsoThat's 28 years ago, long before the Texans came to be
Thorn was a Houstonian long before the Texans came to be also
DB Cooper didWell that still doesn't explain the other lol
*passes you the peace pipe*Liked that finish of a freaking sorry arse Chiefs team winning yet another one did ya
Right. So yeah 28 years ago but a lot of reasons to hate the Browns of any color.
*passes you the peace pipe*
Go Texans.
I dislike the Ravens because more often than not the Texans lose to them. Which is an excellent reason to dislike any team.![]()
??? Why does that matter?Sorry, but I can do without these out of the US games!!
Did not look good.ACL injury for Love?
I agree, I never saw him as an “elite QB” you could trust to win a Super Bowl even when they got there.??? Why does that matter?
I could never trust Hurts as my QB. There's a lot to like about him. Gutsy. Athletic. But his decision making is scary. Nearly throws a pick 6 and comes back throwing an INT in the end zone? No thank you.
Based on the video it looks like a clear cut ACL: knee injury. Saw this last night and realized how painful that would be if it was Stroud. All the offseason moves, hopes for the 2024 season, and boom there it goes with your QBs knee with no time left in the 4th quarter.Did not look good.

When I look at the video, it looks more like classic high ankle, not an ACL.Based on the video it looks like a clear cut ACL: knee injury. If there is any knee ligament, it would be an MCL with the high ankle. When I look at the video, it looks more like classic high ankle, not an ACL.
I'm definitely not an expert, but I thought over-extension to the inside of the knee (leg crumpling inwards) was an ACL, where as leg crumpling outwards was an MCL. Is it the opposite? (I said ACL based on the post.)If there is any knee ligament, it would be an MCL with the high ankle.
The buckling inward is consistent with an MCL.I'm definitely not an expert, but I thought over-extension to the inside of the knee (leg crumpling inwards) was an ACL, where as leg crumpling outwards was an MCL. Is it the opposite? (I said ACL based on the post.)
PS. I was hoping you'd come in and comment.

Hurts is certainly a gutsy, tough running back, and very much a team guy but IMO he's just a functional passer in comparison to many other NFL starting QBs which is why I'm still puzzled why the supposedly very astute Philly GM rewarded him with his contract??? Why does that matter?

Well, the Eagles owner loves Hurts. I year before Hurts got that huge deal, the Eagles GM was nosing around Watson. The Watson camp said no to that. I'm not sure if Josh Allen really has what it takes to go all the way, and Allen is so much more talented than Hurts.very astute Philly GM rewarded him with his contract
to make him the Eagles franchise QB ?

I hate the Vikings & the EaglesI dislike the Chiefs because they get every call in the world to help them out
Doc is right againThe buckling inward is consistent with an MCL.

The knee buckling outward is consistent with an LCL

With an ACL, the tibia shifts forward in relation to the femur (and then can shift back to normal position).

Reports are that Love could return by week 5. How effectively mobile do you think he would be by that time?Regarding Jordan Love:
Although the reports relate that he sustained an MCL, by video I am still convinced that he has also sustained a high ankle tear (a common injury combination).
I just noticed a recent tweet tonight by Dr. David Chao who is left with the same exact impression.:
As I believe he has a high ankle as well as the grade II MCL, if they bring him back that soon, his mobility will be compromised with increased risk for re-injury.Reports are that Love could return by week 5. How effectively mobile do you think he would be by that time?
