I feel silly getting involved in this conversation especially since Mixon thread explained his history. He was not convicted of anything.
He was pushed by a woman, moved towards her with his fist at his side. She slapped him and he then struck her. He agreed to an "Alford" yet maintained innocence. Video appears to support that.
