True but it almost seems like they don't focus and give their best effort when he's in there. The offense doesn't seem to respond to him for some reason.

Hoyer brought them down to 1st & goal. A penalty by Brooks and two missed calls by the refs killed their chances for a TD. He's playing ok to me.

Bouye was already there to keep Bortles from running with it, Cushing tried to force the issue. He should have covered the receiver & Bortles would've had to throw it away.
