Great pick. He's very underrated. Payton and Tajae Sharpe are my two sleepers at WR this year.

Has he made any picks yet? I felt like he might have made a couple. If he has made at least 2 then I'd say let the clock run, but if he's missed most of the picks then yeah, taking them would be a good thing probably.

Usually what we've done in the past is if you miss one pick you get a free pass. It happens. If you miss two you're out. I think he's only missed one.

Yeah, the only thing I'd say about this is it shouldn't even count as your free pass if you are within the first 5 picks or so of the 1st round and miss your pick.

I honestly had no clue we had even started. Was gone for the weekend and wasn't checking the board since I had no clue the draft had even kicked off. Rare situation I'm sure, but I think something needs to be done to have an established date of when the draft starts. Maybe I missed it, but I never saw a set start time.

I think a date was casually mentioned but I don't remember if we made it official. We also kinda just jumped straight into it this year. There was very little warning.

Yeah just went back and looked at the first post of the original thread, and it's there. I definitely missed it. Add in being a TT draft virgin, and I had no clue how all of it worked.
 
I've got pick 190 coming up and if it happens to come up Friday, I'll be in Dallas, so make my pick and move on. No need to wait. But if you get withing a dozen or so picks by Thursday night, I'll send in a prioritized list.
 
The Raiders take Nick Vannett TE out of OSU. Honestly cant believe he is still here(ive checked the results page if he's taken please let me know). One of the best blocking TEs in this class which the raiders currently dont have in Rivera or Walford. While he wasnt utilized as much in the passing game at OSU that some scouts would like to see I think he answered those questions at the senior bowl and combine. He can be on the field in any package and it gives Carr another safety blanket

Bucs take Maliek Collins, DT, Nebraska.

The Bucs need some young help along the defensive line. Adding Jordan Jenkins in round 4 doesn't give them the dynamic rusher that they need, but is solid depth regardless. Collins is a former wrestling champ and great value here in the 5th round.

Athletic specimen or not, I can't see him getting drafted now unless he comes out of this looking good and it somehow gets resolved before the draft. Not gonna happen, IMO.

Love this pick, not sure if Washington is a great fit for him. But he's very dynamic. Differencemaker on ST's right away.
 
Stephen Anderson as a hybrid WR/TE now that my favorite hybrid WR/TE guy Cajuste is gone.
Also all of my favorite OL are now gone. Better hope Dahl is everything that was wriitten about him. I have my doubts.
 
Honestly, I'm not really happy with how the mock draft has unfolded for the Texans. I would double down on the o-line after the last pick, but all I see at OT are developmental types that would be hard pressed to make the roster. Maybe someone could convince me that there's a TE on the board that could make the roster. I'm not seeing it. There are some safetys left, but I'm not sold they're better than Hal or Drummond.

I'm nominating a guy who I think would start for the Texans on day 1. UCLA K Ka'imi Fairbairn. Fairbairn is accurate, has a big leg on FGs and kickoffs. Was the top kicker in college last season and will kick in the NFL next season. May as well be for the Texans.

What about baby Gronk from K State as a hybrid FB / TE (H-Back)? I honestly just want a Gronk on the team. I know we don't use the position. Otherwise I'm cool w/ the Kicker
 
Bryce Williams is my top TE here but he's JAG in my opinion. He's just not sudden or explosive in any way and he's not all that great of a blocker.

I'd like to go OT, but as Lucky said I don't see much there.

I vote Aaron Burbridge, WR, Michigan State.
