This has to do with how he lines up, he lined up the same way the first two games without issues and yes,he still had a couple of false starts. So given this and the fact he didn't think he was doing anything wrong, what would you have liked him to say? I wouldn't call that a bad attitude or being selfish. I would call that being honest.

I would like him to say "I need to be much better. I'm being paid like an all-pro. I believe I am one. I need to go out and play that way for my team"

Really? Players say this crap all the time. It's the standard line when responding to media about a bad game.

No they don’t talk about how much they’re paid in regards to their performance, good or bad.
